Speaking with an Accent
There's a new tech tip on how to use your perfectly normal, English language keyboard to type in French with appropriate accented letters. Read the article by clicking here. If you have anything you'd like to say about it, post in here.
No, I know how to make accents, not necessarily where. The task bar images were quick shots, but I thought using the reduced satuaration to highlight the language bar was a nice effect. Maybe they're over-processed. I had to clean them up in a couple different programs. For Windows 2000, the option in the Control Panel is called "Regional Options" and then you have to chose the "Input Locales" tab. The options on that dialog look a little bit different.
