I've been thinking of getting a DVD writer but so far I'm torn: I definitely want a DVD recorder to record things off TV and my VHS tapes (i.e. for cartoon archiving/trading and whatnot) but I'd also like one that allows me to record video from my PC too without having to hook up the video card in some way (always a hassle). So basically I need to do some research and figure out how this would be possible.
