There’s a patch coming up Tuesday so I thought I’d try to get some last minute XP with my hunter alt before she gets nerfed. It was a while back that I read the plans for hunters and I know some people are excited about all the new bonuses, but I think those are all just to make up for the huge loss in ranged attack power. I could be wrong, as a matter of fact I hope I’m wrong, but it’s a good excuse to kill a couple hours on a Sunday afternoon with WoW. I decided to wrap up some things in Stranglethorn Vale. There are quite a few quests in the 30-35 range that aren’t hard for a hunter (right now) and Aspect of the Cheetah is really helpful since you’ve got to run from the Rebel Camp in the north way down to Booty Bay at the southern tip then all the way back a few times.

I had started a few quests a while back but as soon as she hit level 35, I stopped adventuring with her for a while so I could level her engineering up to 300. I wanted to get her enchanting up to 300 as well as part of my master plan to easily get good enchanted gear for my main whenever I want. Unfortunately the trainer for enchanting after skill level 225 is inside Uldaman. Doesn’t work well with my solo playstyle.

I know that as an Alliance player on my server I run in to a lot of trouble with wandering Horde players in STV, but Hordies might feel the same way about the Alliance players. At least that Undead Warlock I came up behind today might…

I think the Fishing Contest that runs in STV on Sunday afternoons keeps a lot of players occupied and that might’ve made things easier for me. All the 60s were so busy that only one ?? player dismounted to kill me today.

The quests I did today were all pretty easy around level 35. I picked up some at Nesingwary’s Expedition before and some in Booty Bay today. Today I’m writing up a quest stack you can use. Some are quests that have multiple stages but I’ve gone all the way down to the first stage in the quest series. Read the rest of “WoW Quest Stacking in Stranglethorn Vale”…
